Annie "Mable" Looney, 90, passed away on August 19, 2021.  She was a member of Terra Vista Baptist Church in Harrison, TN.  Mable was the matriarch of her family, adored by them, but also by everyone she met, and will be deeply missed.  She was an avid gardener who loved hummingbirds, crocheting, southern cooking, her grandchildren, hanging out with friends, and talking about Jesus.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Eliza Teems, and brothers, Gordon, Virgil, Richard and Leroy.

Mable is survived by her husband of 58 years, Howard; son, Michael (Marina) Looney; daughter, Elizabeth (Danny) Penland; brother, Jackson (Sandy) Teems; grandchildren, Tracy, Teresa, Anna, Melissa, and Samuel, as well as great-grandchildren, Sophia, Taylor, Ryan, Tatum, Jameson, Christopher, Mariah, and Calum.

The family will receive friends on Monday, August 23, 2021 from 3 – 7 p.m. at Turner Funeral Home @ Hwy 58.  A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at 1 p.m. in the chapel with Chaplain Sgt Major Dwayne Riden officiating.

Mable will be laid to rest in Lakewood Memorial Gardens East.
