Bart Mansel

Barton Ray Mansel, 42, passed away on Saturday, December 26, 2015. He was born in Riverdale, Georgia but had lived most of his life in Jacksonville, Florida. God blessed Bart with a heart of gold, quick wit, and the ability to embrace everyone he came in contact with as a friend. He was happiest when he was making fun loving memories with his friends and family. Some of the best memories of Bart are his love of fishing, cooking for his loved ones and his extreme loyalty to his favorite football teams, Florida State Seminoles, and Jacksonville Jaguars. To know Bart was to love him and with a heart as big as his he had such a special way of making you feel his love. He was of the Baptist faith and had a close relationship with God.
He was preceded in death by his father, Don Mansel and brother, Monty Mansel.
Bart is survived by his wife, Heather and daughters, London and Peyton, all of Florida; mother, Gail Silcox of Ft. Oglethorpe, Georgia; sister, Stacie Dimmick of Chattanooga; niece, Hunter.
