Ben Johnson

Ben Maurice Johnson, 91, of Chattanooga, passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2017.

He was a veteran of the United States Navy having served in WW II. Ben received the WW II Victory Medal.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Gwenelle and his daughter, Lanova Boggs.

Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Kevin (Mary Jane) and Maurice (Ginny) Johnson; special granddaughter, Lacy Elrod; several other grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Graveside service will be Friday, March 3, 2017 at 1:30 pm at Chattanooga National Cemetery with Military Honors. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
