Billie Jean Higgins, 77, of Chattanooga passed away on Monday, February 1, 2016.
She was a member of the Church of Christ.
She leaves behind her husband, Bert Waters, four children, Gary (Christina) McCullough, Larry (Cindy) McCullough, Brenda McCullough and Niki McCullough; six grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; nine sisters; five brothers.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, Feb. 4th at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with family friend, Jimmy Coley officiating. Interment will follow in the Lakewood Memory Gardens, East.
