Billie Ruth Scott, 92, passed away Monday, March 3, 2025, surrounded and loved by her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, David P. Scott; daughter, Brenda Joyce Russell; mother and father, Bert and Ethel Welch; sister, Imogene Quarles; brother, James Hammontree and grandson, Jason Scott.

Billie is survived by her sons, Billy Scott (Sherry), Wayne Scott and David Scott (Sibyl); grandchildren, Stacy Scott, Marie Howard, Rusty Russell, Greg Scott, Heather Boehning, Jonathan Scott, David W. Scott and Billy Scott, Jr.

The Scott family would like to thank Hearth Hospice, especially Jennifer, Belinda and Christy.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 17, 2025 at 12 p.m. at Forest Hills Cemetery.
