Bonnie Jean Baker-Smith (Cox), 72, passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 in the home of her daughter, surrounded by her loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Jack Baker and Joyce Payne-Baker of Dayton, TN; and sister, Marilyn Baker-Selman of Chattanooga.

Bonnie is survived by her current husband, Robert Henderson Smith, Jr.; former husband, Michael W. Cox of Dayton, TN; daughters, Donna M. Chambers and Rebecca L. Johnson; sons, Jeffrey D. Cox, Greg (Laura) Smith, and Robert (Janna) Smith; sister, Brenda Baker-Cooper; sixteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at Turner Funeral Home @ Hwy 58 on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at 2 p.m. in the chapel.
