Charles "Buster" Shirley White, III, 71, passed away on May 1, 2020.  He was a member of Oakwood Baptist Church in Chattanooga and a United States Army veteran, serving his country in Vietnam.  He was employed with Western Auto, the family business, and then with Honda of Chattanooga.  Buster was generous to a fault, and loved helping others in need.  In his free time, he loved to ride motorcycles and spend time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his father, Charles Shirley White, Jr., and wife, Laura Tawzer White.

Buster is survived by his mother, Sylvia (Larry) White Cates; sons, Alex (Jenny) Alvarez and Davey White; daughters, Misty (Randy) Baggett, Christy Perez and Bethany (Jeff) Jacob; stepson, Brandon East; brothers, Gerald (Karen) White and Barry (Kelley) White; sister, Elaine (David) Erwin, as well as several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
