Charlotte Heaton, 71, passed away on Thursday, August 10, 2023.  She was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga and attended Tyner Jr. High School as well as Tyner High School.  Charlotte was a NASCAR fan and also a fan of the TN Vols.  She loved animals, especially her dog, Squirrel, and will be deeply missed.

Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Heaton; parents, James and Ruth Randolph, and sister, Virginia Crase.

She is survived by her husband, Keith Whaley; brother, James Randolph (Robin), and nieces and nephews, Michael Duncan, Debbie Wells (Jerry), Jennifer Turcotte (Paul), and Jason Randolph (Shelly).

Charlotte's wishes were for a private family ceremony.
