Clara "Christine" Williams, 93, lifelong resident of Harrison, TN, passed away on Tuesday, May 28, 2024.   She had a 25 year long career in the furniture-making business, and also worked with local farmers plowing and picking crops.  Christine was a loving mother who cherished her family, worked hard her entire life, and led her family with strength.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude James Williams; father, Bill McDaniel; mother, Hattie Miller McDaniel; sons, William Terry McDaniel, Elbert Williams (Angie), and Gene Williams (Tammy); brothers, Leonard McDaniel (Lovada), Hobart McDaniel (Mary), and Melvin McDaniel (Sylvia); sister, Lola Linam (Hershal); five half-brothers, and two half-sisters.

Christine is survived by her son, Michael Williams (Faith), and sister, Louise Morgan (John "Bud"), as well as many loved and adored grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Monday, June 3, 2024 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. at Turner Funeral Home @ Hwy 58.  A funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. in the chapel with Brother Mike Manning officiating.

Pallbearers will be Bill McDaniel, Sam McDaniel, Michael McDaniel, John McDaniel, Paul Cantrell and John Patrick.  Honorary pallbearer will be Hayden Morgan.

Christine will be laid to rest in Old McDonald Cemetery.
