Danelle Russell, 66, passed away after a long battle with cancer on Monday, February 21, 2022.  She was a member of Bayside Baptist Church.  Danelle was a graduate of Tyner High School and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UTC.  She retired from Parkridge Medical Center.  Danelle will always be remembered for her love of flowers, gardening and the beach and will be deeply missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Finley and Velda Woods.

Danelle is survived by her husband of 36 years, Calvin; son, Eric (Alison) Russell; daughters, Brittany (Evan) Driskill and Jessica (Rick) Reynolds; brother, Michael (Cindy) Woods and four grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Monday, February 28, 2022 from 11 – 2 p.m. at Turner Funeral Home @ Hwy 58.  A funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. in the chapel with Pastor Jason King officiating.

Danelle will be laid to rest in Lakewood Memorial Gardens South.
