Dorothy "Chel" Hughes, 50, passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2019. She was a loving wife and mother who will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Warner and Dorothy Swanson.

Chel is survived by her husband of 26 years, Lee Hughes; daughter, Ashley (Heath) Owens; brothers, Hank (Michelle) Swanson and Bryan Hobbs; sisters, Lisa (Frank) Winsett and Tara (Dustin) West and two grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 12, 2019 from noon – 4 p.m. at Turner Funeral Home @ Hwy 58. A memorial service will follow at 4 p.m in the Turner Funeral Home chapel.
