Ellen Sutton

Ellen Levina Sutton, lifelong resident of Chattanooga, passed away on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at the age of 77. She was a graduate of Kirkman Technical High School. Ellen was employed as a bookkeeper for Shipley Wasteoil. She was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ira and Geneva Henry Shipley; daughter, Allison Colbaugh.
She is survived by her brother, Kenneth Shipley of Chattanooga and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Monday, April 25, 2016 from 11 am-2 pm at the Highway 58 Chapel of Turner Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2 pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev.
