Eva Sliger Ganoe
Eva Ganoe, 82, passed away January 5, 2018; she was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga and a member of Oakwood Community Church of Chattanooga.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, LeBron Sliger and grandson; Roger Highers.
Mrs. Ganoe is survived by her husband, Jim Ganoe; son's Mark Sliger, Scottsboro , AL and Douglas Sliger, Sharon, TN; daughter, Tammy Highers, Harrison, TN; brother James Kenneth (Sandra) McDaniel; 5 grandchildren, Jessica, James, David and Daniel Sliger and Ashley Gibson; step grandchildren, Jeremy, Heather and Stacey; 13 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Monday, January 8, 2018 from 4 – 8 PM in the Highway 58 Chapel of Turner Funeral Home. The funeral service will be 3:00 PM on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Tim George officiating. Interment will follow in Old McDonald Cemetery.
