Forrest Whitfield Brooks Jr., 65, of Chattanooga passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2015. He retired from U S Pipe after 30 years of service.
He is survived by his wife, Diane Brooks; daughter, Virginia Elizabeth Brooks, both of Chattanooga; sister, Susan Meyers of Augusta, Georgia.
There will be no visitation or services.
