Frances "Pooch" Masengale, 73, passed away on April 27, 2021 and she has been reunited with her loving husband, Pete.  Frances loved her family, especially her children and grandchildren and will be dearly missed by them.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Pete Masengale; son, Willie Masengale, parents, Hayden and Nell McCoy, and several siblings.

Frances is survived by her sons, Jerry Lee Masengale, Corky (Christy) Masengale and Charlie (Leslie) Cartwright; daughters, Mary Branson and Keysha Masengale (Shay Osborne); brother, William McCoy; sisters, Hazel (Dean) Malone, Sue Hood, Linda (Walter) Taylor, and Sammy (Bo) Taylor; grandchildren, Ashley, Dustin, Hayden, Brianna, Kyah, Natalie, James, Savannah, Christopher, and Bailey; great-grandchildren, Athena and Frankie, and great-great-grandson, Ross.

The family will receive friends on Friday, April 30, 2021 from 10 – 1 p.m. at Maple Grove Baptist Church in Harrison.  A funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor Ronnie Dotson officiating.

Pallbearers: Darwin Cresswell, Kevin Leffew, Christopher Cartwright, James Masengale, Rusty Hood and Shay Osborne.

Frances will be laid to rest in Maddux Cemetery, next to her husband, Pete.
