Frankie Lockwood, 87, passed away on Saturday, June 21, 2025.  She was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga and a member of Lake Hills Church of God.  She was the proud owner of Lockwood's Auto Center.  Frankie was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother and will be deeply missed.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, Ken Lockwood; parents, Frank and Bertie Morrow; son, James Frost; granddaughter, Renee Pemberton; brothers, Delmas Morrow and Donald Morrow, and sister, Margie Neal.

She is survived by her daughters, Virginia Abney (Michael), Jeanne Hankins (Carl) and Rhonda Hankins (Marvin); eight grandchildren, twenty-six great-grandchildren and twenty-two great-great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Friday, June 27, 2025 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. at Turner Funeral Home.  A funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. in the chapel with Zach Spradlin officiating.

Frankie will be laid to rest in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Austin Hankins, Michael Lockwood, Mikey Henning, Sammy Pavon, Jason Millhorn and Billy Hankins.
