Fred L. Parrish, 71, of Chattanooga, passed away on November 25, 2019 at his home. Of the Baptist faith, Fred was born on July 8, 1948 in Lafayette, GA. He was an avid UTC Mocs and Georgia football fan. Fred was a beloved husband, father, and brother and is dearly missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Wilfred Parrish of Chickamauga, GA.

Fred is survived by his wife of 42 years, Diane James Parrish; sons, Chris (Cindy) Parrish of Athens, GA and Fred Lee Parrish of Chattanooga; grandson, Colton Parrish of Athens, GA; sisters, Lisa (Tom) Miller Blaylock of Dalton, GA and Becky (Terry) Bailey of Chickamauga, GA, as well as many other relatives and friends.
