Glenn Paul Zylla went to be with his Lord and Savior on June 26, 2026 after a full life of 80 years. Born and raised in Saint Cloud, MN on July 7, 1945, he spent his last 19 years in Harrison, TN. He and his devoted wife, Victory (Vicky), of 39 years were long-time members of Maple Grove Baptist Church, who they loved as family.
Glenn thrived when being active and productive, whether it be in his lifelong sales career, working around the house, or lending a helping hand to anyone in need. He was known by family and friends as an avid card player, and he and Vicky found great enjoyment in playing with their weekly card group.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Bernadette Zylla.
He is survived by his beloved wife; children, Debbie (Kevin) Randen, Brian Zylla, Eddie (Jill) Allen, Tara Walke, and Sherry (Gary) Simmons; ten grandchildren, Paige Parks, Madelyn Zylla, Joseph Zylla, Ethan Zylla, Hope Allen, Faith Allen, Kate Weberding, Claire Walke, Clay Crooks, and Analeigh Simmons; and five great grandchildren.
He is also survived by his siblings, Roman Zylla, Mary Ellen Scharenbroich, John (Ruth) Zylla, Loreen (Pat) Schmidt, and Nadine Zabinski; and many nephews and nieces.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. at Turner Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 12 p.m. with Pastor Ronnie Dotson officiating.
Glenn will be laid to rest in Lakewood Memory Gardens South.
