Gregory "Greg" Duane Swartout of Chattanooga, TN, passed away on Thursday, June 3, 2021.  Born December 29, 1964, Greg was raised in the Baptist faith.  He graduated from Tyner High School and worked in the hospitality industry.  Greg was also a tremendous fan of the Atlanta Falcons.

Greg was proceeded in death by his parents, James C. and Margaret Swartout, and niece Amanda Swartout.

He is survived by brothers, Jeff (Kay) Swartout, and Wesley Swartout; sister, Kaylyn Peluso; nephew, Zac (Lindsey) Swartout, and niece, Jamie Peluso.

The family will receive friends on Friday, June 4, 2021 from 5 – 7 p.m. at Turner Funeral Home @ Hwy 58.  There will also be a visitation held on Saturday, June 5, 2021 from noon – 2 p.m.

A graveside service will follow at Lakewood Memory Gardens East at 2:30 p.m. with Pastor Ty Harrison officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Greg.
