Hazel Dean Kelley, 81, passed away peacefully at home on October 13, 2018. Hazel was from Chattanooga, formally of Decatur. She enjoyed the outdoors, playing in the garden and was an avid dog lover.

Hazel was preceded in death by her late husband, William Edward Kelley; parents, Thomas H. and Lockie B. Allen and siblings, Jack, Clifford, Avery, Haskell, and Donald Allen.

She is survived by her daughters, Donna Morgan, Diana (Roy) Donelson and Cynthia Griffith; sister, Barbara; grandchildren, Chaz Rooks, Amanda Rooks, Robin Morgan, Lee Morgan, Jammie Curry, Cory Donelson, Crystal Todd, Jasmine Dieguez, James Griffith and eleven great-grandchildren.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home and a memorial service date and time will be announced later.
