Ida Robinson, 80, passed away on Thursday, June 12, 2025.  Ida was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga, TN and of the Baptist faith.  She was a member of Maple Grove Baptist Church in Harrison.  Ida was employed as an assistant for the handicap bus in Hamilton County.  She never met a stranger and enjoyed playing cards with her friends.  Ida loved her family, her grandchildren and her church family and will be deeply missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ader and Beulah Brown; brother, Winfred Brown, and brother-in-law, Michael Miller.

Ida is survived by her husband of 60 years, Jim Robinson; sons, Greg Robinson and Chris Robinson; daughter-in-law, Becky Robinson; sister, Helen Hughes (David), grandchildren, Chasity Robinson and Dakota Robinson; sisters-in-law, Carolyn Fultz (Larry) and Sandra Miller, as well as several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 from 11 a.m.- 2 p.m. at Turner Funeral Home.  A funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. in the chapel with Pastor Ronnie Dotson, Pastor James Vaughn and Pastor Ricky Vaughn officiating.

Pallbearers: Cody Hodge, James Pressley, Anthony Hughes, Brian Hughes, Nathan Dotson and Daniel Moore.

Honorary Pallbearers: Ronnie Hinkle and Larry Fultz.

Ida will be laid to rest in Moore Cemetery.
