James "Larry" Duncan, 79, passed away on Friday, January 11, 2019.  Lifelong resident of Chattanooga, Larry was a member of Tyner United Methodist Church. Mr. Duncan established the Delta Bass Club and was a member of the Chattanooga Bass Club. He was Chattanooga's Mr. Bass for 2 consecutive years. Mr. Duncan was 1 of 3 men to ever pitch a perfect softball game at Warner Park and was the owner of Hickory Valley Motors for 35 years.

Larry is survived by his wife of 56 years Patsy; daughter, Susan (Rob) Stone; son, Terry Duncan; grandchildren, Brittney Loizeaux, Cameron Stone, Chelsea Duncan, Courtney Nicholson, Seth Duncan and five great-grandchildren.

There will be visitation from 11 – 1 p.m. on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Turner Funeral Home @ Hwy 58. The Celebration of Life will follow at 1 p.m. in the chapel.
