J ames Ryan Harrison, 66, lifelong resident of Chattanooga, passed away on Thursday, March 1, 2018. He was a member of the Tennessee Archaeological Society and specialized in Indian artifacts. James was of the Pentecostal faith.

He was preceded in death by his father, Marion Harrison; son, Eric Ryan Harrison and grandparents.

He is survived by his mother, Dorothy "Dot" Harrison; son, Travis Harrison; daughter, Lindsey (Austin) Ware; brother, Mark Brian Harrison; grandchildren, Hailey, Colton and Easton Ware; several nieces and nephews.

There will be no visitation. Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 4 ^th , 2018 in the Chapel of Turner Funeral Home with Michael Yates officiating. Burial will be private.
