Janean Williams Heath, 87, moved to her Heavenly home on Thursday, March 17, 2022.

Janean was born in Chattanooga on May 19, 1934.  She attended schools in Chattanooga and graduated from Chattanooga High School, as well as took courses at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and Chattanooga State.  Jenean worked at Provident Life and Accident Insurance Company as a legal assistant for a number of years with several law firms.  She was a member of Bayside Baptist Church for 50 years, where she taught many Sunday School classes and also Bible study at the NAPFE Retirement Apartments.  Janean was also active in Harrison Ruritan Club, Women's Group and Scenic City Friends.

She was preceded in death by her son, Dart Dobbins; husbands, Samuel Dobbins and Conard Heath; parents, Howard and Mona Jones Williams; sister, Reita Vice and brother, Clark Williams.

She is survived by her children, Clay Dobbins of LaFayette, GA, Timothy (Courtney) Dobbins of Lawrenceville, GA and Connie (Paul) Popov of Watkinsville, GA; grandchildren, Sam Dobbins of Kennesaw, GA, Candace Embree of Louisville, KY, Katie and Alex Popov of Watkinsville, GA, Jessieca Brackett (Russell) of Cleveland, TN, and Kassidy Wallin-Miller of Summerville, GA; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Bayside Baptist Church, 6100 Hwy 58 in Harrison on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 from 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., followed by the funeral service at noon with Pastor Grady Cooper officiating.

Jenean will be laid to rest in Forest Hills Cemetery in Chattanooga.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Bayside Baptist Church mission or building fund, or to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation 4550 Montgomery Avenue Suite 1100 N, Bethesda, MD 20814, in memory of her son, Dart.
