Jerry Lee Wooten, 75, passed away on Tuesday, April 9, 2019.

Mr. Wooten is preceded in death by his parents, John Henry Wooten and mother Bessie Koonce Wooten.

He is survived by his stepson, Austin Brooks and Stephen Brooks; sister, Judith Ann Wooten-Colgate; sister-in-law, Elke S. Wooten; nieces, Elke Wooten-Roy, Connie Wooten, Jennifer Wooten-Beasley, Audrey Wooten-Lamar and Angela Hill-Clark; nephews, William John Wooten, Andy Hill and Adam Hill.

The family will receive friends on Friday, May 3, 2019 from 11 - 12 p.m. at Turner Funeral Home @ Hwy 58. The funeral will follow at noon in the Turner Funeral Home chapel. Interment will follow at Chattanooga National Cemetery with military honors, where he will be laid to rest with his wife, Mary.
