John Lenard Arthur, 75, passed away December 2, 2016, he was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga, Mr. Arthur is retired from Miller Industries, he was a member of VFW, American Legion Post #95, and he loved to play Santa Clause.
He was preceded in death by his parents; A.A. and Lula Arthur, son; Anthony "Tony" Arthur, brother; William "Bill" Arthur, sister; Ida Mae Bailey.
Mr. Arthur is survived by his sons; Tim Arthur, East Ridge, Danny Arthur, Birchwood. Daughters; Cheryl Arthur and Mitzi Matthews of Chattanooga. Sister; Janie Bingham, Nampa Idaho. Grandchildren; Maranda Lowe, Patrick, Johnathan, and Brandon Arthur, Justin Durham and Jennifer Williams, several great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Following Visitation there will be a Private Family Memorial Service.
