John Zachary Lovell, 43, of Chattanooga, TN, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 16, 2025.  Zach was a lover of many things and activities, but more than anything he loved spending time with his family and friends.  Ever loving, loyal, kind, and never meeting a stranger, Zach leaves countless friends who will miss him always and a bright example of the kind of person we could all strive to be more like.

Zach is preceded in death by his devoted grandparents, Thomas and Lillie Lovell.

He is survived by his father, John Lovell; mother, Joyce B. Lovell; sister, Marlowe (Jacob) Widener; aunt, Debra (Garland) Womack; uncles, Tom (Beverly) Lovell and Jeff (Hilda) Lovell; niece, Shani-Lea Short; nephew, Todd Cummings; cousins, Amy (Michael) McCawley, and Jessica (Ryan) Hastings and Jacob McCawley; Rebecca (Chris) Twiner and Stella Jarrett, Rachel Twiner, and Lea Twiner; John Thomas Lovell; Nikki (Neil) Chapman; Sam Lovell; Katie (Josh) Trevino; McKenzie (Maverick) Henderson; Alysia Lovell; Neveah Lovell, and many more cousins not listed here.

A celebration of Zach's life will take place on March 15, 2025 from 12 - 4 p.m. in the gymnasium of Silverdale Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
