Joyce Bankston Fowler, 76, passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2019. She was a loving wife, mother and mamaw and will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Riley Ray Fowler; daughter, Robin Miller; parents, Doc and Lizzie Bankston and brothers, Billy Ray Bankston and Junior Eugene Bankston.

Joyce is survived by her son, Mike Fowler; daughter, Michelle (Jeremy) Crawley; brothers, Chester (Wanda) Bankston and Charles Bankston; sister, Carolyn (Buster) Hogan; grandchildren, Tamra, Dakota, Mackenzie and Melody; seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 6, 2019 from 4 – 7 p.m. at Turner Funeral Home Hwy 58 Chapel. The funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. with Pastor Roger DeHart officiating. Mrs. Bankston Fowler will be laid to rest in Chattanooga National Cemetery with her husband Riley Ray Fowler. Burial will be private.
