Kathleen "Kitty" Ling, 86, passed away on Friday, January 8, 2021.  She was a radiologic technician and retired from Dr. Kimsey Radiology in 1994.  Kathleen was the co-owner and manager of the Cherry Hills Shopping Plaza on Highway 58.  She also volunteered for many years with Chattanooga C.A.R.E.S.  Her kindness and generosity was known by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

She was preceded in death by her life partner, Betty Tate; parents, Albert and Mollie Ling; brother, Raymond Ling; and sister, Bena Harl.

Kathleen is survived by her sister, Nancy Taylor; cousin, Jackie Eig, and nephew, Todd Taylor.

Special thanks to her caregivers and friends, Nancy, Roy, Betsy and Beth.

The wish of Kathleen is for all who so desire to celebrate her life and appreciate the gifts granted to all of us every moment of every day.  Rejoice that her labors here have ended.  As her journey begins anew, please join those she left behind as they pray to send her with all of the peace, joy, strength, and love that she gave so freely.

According to her wishes, there will be no visitation, and she will be cremated with a private service held at a later date.
