Lawrence Clyde "Mack" McBrayer, 87, lifelong resident of Harrison passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2016. He was a member of Mountain City Masonic Lodge, York Rite Masons, Alhambra Shrine and was of the Methodist faith. He was a former girl's softball coach, an avid Braves fan and a former butcher and salesman. He was a great husband, father and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife, Bobbie McBrayer; daughters, Sherry Harwood, Sandy (Dean) Bendall and Sheila (Scott) Powell; grandchildren, Brandon and Jordan Harwood and Dustin and Alexandrea Powell; several nieces and 1 nephew.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 16, 2016 from noon until 2:00 p.m. with the funeral service following in the Hwy 58 Chapel of Turner Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Lakewood Memory Gardens, East.
Arrangements are by Turner Funeral Home, Inc., Hwy 58 Chapel 622-3171
