Linda Faye Beavers, 77, born on July 22, 1946, passed away on Friday, December 1, 2023.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 24 years, James Beavers; parents, Clarence and Sarah Marshall, and siblings, Evelyn Allison, Freida Stevison, Norville Buchanan, Shirley Lee, Virginia Mooneyham, Billy Sutton and James Sutton.

Linda is survived by her son, Alvin Franklin Shook; niece, Jennifer Elliott (Chris), as well as several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Monday, December 4, 2023 from 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. at Maple Grove Baptist Church, 9525 Birchwood Pike, Harrison, TN.  A visitation will also be held at the church on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 from 12 – 2 p.m.  A funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. with Pastor Ronnie Dotson officiating.

Pallbearers are Billy Sutton, John "Bo" Allison, Ronnie Stevison, Hunter Elliott, Shane Murphy, Hunter Brown and Michael Elliott.

Linda will be laid to rest in New McDonald Eastview Cemetery in Ooltewah.
