Luther "Lee" Hughes, 76, passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2019. He was a veteran, having served in Vietnam in the United States Marine Corps. For many years, Lee was also an engineer with Valley Mechanical, Inc. He enjoyed going out on the lake and spending time with family and friends and will be dearly missed.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 26 years, Michelle Hughes.

Lee is survived by his son, Tony (Tiffany) Hughes; daughter, Ashley (Heath) Owens; brothers, Melvin (Charlotte) Crane and Dan (Sheila) Crane; sister, Peggy (George) Crane Elliott and grandchildren, Lane and Camden Cantrell and Gracelyn Owens.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 14, 2019 from 3 - 5 p.m. at Turner Funeral Home @ Hwy 58. At Lee's request, there will be no memorial service.
