Martha Jean Biggs, 78, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on June 24, 2021.  She was a native of Jasper, TN and of the Christian faith.  Martha worked as a seamstress at Buster Brown and spent the end of her working career as a waitress at the Hungry House.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Geneva Brown; father, Clarence Brown, and brother, Robert Brown.

Martha is survived by her daughter, Barbara Grimes; sons, Richard Howard and Robert Howard; grandson, Jesse (Rachel) Lewis; great-grandchildren; Nathan, Tori, and Eli Lewis (all from Chattanooga).

The family will receive friends on Monday, June 28, 2021 from 4 – 8 p.m. at Turner Funeral Home, Hwy 58.  A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at noon at Harrison Cemetery with Chaplain Bill Bond officiating.
