Mollie Stella Lue Denton, 81, went to be with the Lord on Friday, October 28, 2022.  She loved reading, sewing, and cooking meals for her family.  She also loved all flowers, especially irises and roses.  Mollie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and will be deeply missed.

She was preceded in death by her son, Otis Denton, Jr.; parents, Price and Layer Beasley, and several brothers and sisters.

Mollie is survived by her husband of 62 years, Otis Denton, Sr.;sons, Paul Denton (Cheri) of Harrison, TN and Samuel Denton (Tasha) of Ocala, FL; daughters, Betty Oliver (Tommy Nail) of Fall Creek Falls, TN and Teresa Parker (Rusty) of North Dakota; daughter-in-law, Cherri Denton; nine grandchildren; lots of great-grandchildren, and several brothers and sisters.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 from 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. at Turner Funeral Home @ Hwy 58.  A visitation will also be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.  A funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor Terry Kesley officiating.
