Myrtle Ann Payne "Porky", 72, a lifelong resident of Harrison, TN, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 2, 2024.  Ann was born on August 18, 1951, and was a loving daughter, wife, mother and grandmother.  She was also an avid animal lover and caretaker.  Ann was a faithful member of Providence Baptist Church and a graduate of Ooltewah School of the Bible.

She is preceded in death by her loving father, Thomas Jefferson Smith; mother, Betty Jean Keefe, and her brother, Ted Smith.

Ann leaves behind her husband of 54 years, Rick Payne; beloved dog, Waya; cat, Nosey; children, Vickie Davis (Kevin) and Scott Payne (LeAnn); grandchildren, Ben Davis (Lily) and Savannah and Joshua Payne; brother, Bill Stafford (Sandy), as well as several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2024 at 1 p.m. at Providence Baptist Church, 8523 Providence Rd, Ooltewah, TN 37363.
