Peggy Miller
Peggy Ann Miller, 79, went to heaven Saturday, June 17, 2017. She was a member of St. John Methodist Church and a member of Murray Hills Garden Club. Her greatest delight was spending time with her beloved daughter, sisters, nieces and nephews. She was a very sweet and loving person who loved everyone. Mere words do not express how sweet and kind she was. If this things went awry, she would always say "Don't worry, God is in charge".
She was preceded in death by her parents, Creedie H. Burgan and Cleo Dessie Burgan.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 59 years, C. Dewitt Miller Jr.; daughter, Dee Ann (Jason) Price; sisters, Virginia Vallot, Gail (Lee) Bryant, Mary Lou (Harold) Galyen, Jane (Vern) Cooper, Carol (Calvin) Robertson, Connie Burgan and Sherry Burgan.
Visitation will be Thursday, June 22, 2017 from 11-2pm. Service will be at 2pm in the chapel of Turner Funeral Home with Ministers Dallas Beck and Carl Blackburn officiating. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
