Randall Vernon Ford, 63, entered into eternal rest on March 29, 2022.  He was a graduate of Central High School.  Randy loved animals, Alabama football, NASCAR and classic cars.  He drove a delivery truck for East Chattanooga Lumber for years before beginning a career as an eighteen-wheel truck driver.  He worked for Matheson Gas Company for years as well.  His family enjoyed keeping up with his adventures on a cross-country trip with Mercedes-Benz.  Randy was fortunate to grow up in a rural area with a bushel of country cousins to play with and aunts and uncles to watch over him and love him as he grew into a young man.  He will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Ann Marie Gamble Ford, and a younger sister, Linda Kaye Ford-Tomlinson.

Randall is survived by his loving wife, Diana; sister, Mary Jane Fleming (Mark); father, Arthur Vernon "Rounder" Ford; sister-in-law, Jackie Roy; niece, Kristen Clark (Brandon), as well as great-nephews, Carson and Bennett Clark, and great-nieces, Emberly and Emalynn Clark.

The family will receive friends on Monday, April 4, 2022 from 4 – 8 p.m. at Turner Funeral Home @ Hwy 58.  A visitation will also be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.  A chapel service will follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor Ronnie Dotson officiating.

Randall will be laid to rest in New McDonald (Eastview) Cemetery in Ooltewah.
