Raymond Clark Milligan III, 52, passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2023.  He was born on December 10, 1971 in St. Augustine, FL to Darlene Milligan and Raymond Clark II.  Raymond was a resident of Rossville, GA and a member of the Harrison Masonic Lodge #114.  He was employed by Miller & Martin PLLC.  He enjoyed music, bourbon tasting, collecting, traveling, and fishing with his father.  Raymond also loved spending time with his family and will be deeply missed.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Louvella Roberts (Guy) and Amos Shaw; paternal grandparents, Raymond Clark, Sr. and Betty Milligan; uncles, Fred Milligan and Ronald Milligan, and his aunt, Sharon Bolton.

Raymond is survived by his parents, Darlene Milligan and Raymond Clark II (Dee Rivers); life-partner of 19 years, Heather Vega; daughter, Rosie Green (Ryan); son, Marc Vega; sister, Samantha Harris (Bobby); brothers, Ricky Milligan and Ryan Fullington; honorary son, Jack Wilson III; step-brothers, Billy Rivers (Claudia) and Bobby Rivers; uncle, Hershell "Pete" Shaw (Caroline); aunts, Ann Brown (Robert) and Janice Milligan, as well as several nieces and cousins.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 4, 2024 from 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. at Turner Funeral Home @ Hwy 58.  There will also be a visitation on Friday, January 5, 2024 from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.  A funeral service will follow at 12 p.m.

Raymond will be laid to rest in Hamilton Memorial Gardens in Hixson.
