Ronald “Chris” Dawn, 67, passed away in a hospital on Saturday, September 26, 2026. He was well known as a head engineer for river boats, and Gulf of Mexico, and later, overseas boats.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Trudy Dawn.

Ronald is survived by his father, Ralph Dawn and step-mother, Janice Dawn; several cousins, aunts and an uncle.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2026 at 11 a.m. at Lakewood Memory Gardens East with Brother Mike Manning officiating.
