Rose Killian Gentry, 86, passed away Monday, August 10, 2020 at Life Care Center of Rhea County.

Ms. Gentry was preceded in death by her parents, William Vogel Killian and Effie Augusta Babb; brother, David Killian and sister, Mary Akins.

She is survived by her children, Bill Gentry, Rose Ann (Larry) Norwood, Steve Gentry, Melba (Ron) Frederick, Mike (Dawn) Gentry; sister, Helen Killian; grandchildren, Mandy (Derek) Gordon, Maranda Norwood, Jeremy (Leslie) Norwood, Aaron (Bethany) Gentry, Haley (Carson) Baskin, April Morgan, Kelci (Jay) Slagle, Dalton Gentry and Benjamin Gentry and several great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. in Old McDonald Cemetery, Thursday, August 13, 2020 with Pastor Paul Forgey officiating.

There will be no visitation or service at the funeral home.
