Ruby "Nanny" May Cate

Ruby "Nanny" Cate, 76, passed away Saturday, March 18, 2017, she was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga, TN, a loving mother; grandmother.

Ms. Cate was preceded in death by her parents; James Moore and Margaret Carlton Moore and one brother; Tim Moore.

She is survived by her daughters; Kendra Cate, Sherry Cate, Tina "Jeffrey" Jackson and Susan "Tommy" Britt, all of Chattanooga, TN. Brothers; Jimmy Moore, Gulf Port, Mississippi and Dennis Moore, Ooltewah, TN. Grandchildren; La'Donya Nikki Cate, Se'Tika Goodlow, Kiko Cate, Sr., Jazman "Chasity" Cate-Johnson, Raney Jackson, Chyna Cate, Kiko Cate, Jr. Zaccaree Goodlow, Koby Cate, Malonia Cate, Austin Cate, Robbie Davenport and Justin Lemons.

The memorial service will be Thursday, March, 23, 2017 in the Highway 58, Turner Funeral Home Chapel at 6:00 P.M. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service from 4:00 – 6:00 P.M.

Burial will be private.
