Sally Nihiser

Sally Jo Nihiser passed away at 1:50 PM on Monday April 17, 2017 at Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga Tenn. The APA lost a beloved friend and proud member this week. Sally was a well-loved friend to all. She was a member of ABATE of Florida and the APA Pool League. She loved spending time with her family and shared pictures and stories of them with whomever she met. Her second love was playing pool with her friends at Rob's in Red Bud. She was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church.

Sally Jo (Rose) Nihiser was born May 10, 1943 to the late Robert and Mary Rose in Decatur IL. She is survived by a sister, Joyce Bolyard of Decatur IL, 4 children Tony (Laura) Nihiser of Hixson TN, Rick (Pam) Nihiser of Ellisville MO, Shelley (Chris) Fogtman of Dunlap TN, Robin (Jerommie) Nihiser-Smith of Orlando FL. She was blessed with 9 grandchildren Nick and Rachel Nihiser, Ashley Morawitz, Bailey Meltabarger, Callie Thayer, Brandon and Samantha Kelly, Raegann and Sidnie Smith and 2 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be 9:00 -11:00 AM with the funeral immediately following on Thursday April 20, 2017 at Turner Funeral Home, Highway 58 Chapel at 3913 Webb Road Chattanooga TN
