Terry Duane Ramey passed away peacefully at his home on June 12, 2026, surrounded by his family. He was 80 years old. A lifelong resident of Harrison, Tennessee, Terry took great pride in the community where he lived and worked. He proudly served his country during the Vietnam conflict as a Military Police officer and was a member of the Harrison Masonic Lodge. Terry was also the owner and operator of Linda’s Produce, a place that meant so much to him and his family.

Terry was happiest when he was busy and productive. He took great pride in his work and devoted much of his life to Linda’s Produce, where the fall pumpkin displays and winter Christmas trees became part of many cherished family traditions. He also enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially on hunting trips with his friends.

Terry will be remembered for his kind heart, strong work ethic, and his unwavering willingness to help those he loved.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Linda Sue Manning Ramey; sister, June Ramey, and parents, Melvin and Georgia Ramey.

He is survived by his children, Mark (Vanessa) Ramey, Terry Lee Ramey, and Samantha (Landas) Ramey; grandchildren, Allegra, Ian, Liam, Lennon, and Tatum; and two great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters, Hilda “Shirley” Tucker, Earlene Hogan, Kathy Morrow, and Retha Rodrigue, along with many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 from 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. at Turner Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2026 at 1 p.m. with Pastor David Evans officiating.
