Zoey Neriah Jackson passed away on July 22, 2018. She lived each day with love and compassion for others. Zoey was a caring, silly baby who loved coloring and spending time outdoors. She also loved Minnie Mouse, Frozen, and her older sister Hailey. She looked up to her cousin Kolby like a big brother. Together the three of them were a force to be reckoned with. Zoey lived each day with strength and joy. Witnessing this strength kept our faith strong; she fought each day like a warrior.

She is survived by her parents; Terence Jackson and Candace Shahan; siblings, Hailey Shahan and Kolby Silvers; grandparents, Rodney (Terrie) Cartwright, Scotty (Melissa) Ash and Steve (Zina) Jackson; great-grandparents, William (Nancy) Stevens, Myrtle Hayes and Christine Cartwright;
aunts and uncles, Dereke (Lauren) Silvers, Eric (Wendy) Cartwright, Matt and Amy Ash, and Calearetta Hayes.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 26, 2018 from 10-2 p.m. at Turner Funeral Home. The funeral will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Turner Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Calvin White officiating. Zoey will be laid to rest in Lakewood East Cemetery.
